Guided Tour: The Taste Matter in English

The Taste Matters exhibition offers different perspectives on food and drink culture, what it is, where it comes from, how it is constructed and shaped, and who influences it. They say you can’t argue about taste. But it’s worth discussing!

Do you remember your first pizzas, your school meal or a delicious moment with a friend at a café? On tour we will visit on places where food and drink culture is built and shaped. At the same time, we encourage you to think about what food and drink culture means to each of us and how we ourselves influence its development.

Guided Tour: The Taste Matter in English on Wednesday 25 February at 5 pm at Hotel and Restaurant Museum, Kaapeliaukio 3, 00180 Helsinki. Entrance from the Cable Factory Glass Courtyard.

The guided tour can accommodate up to 20 participants. No advance registration is required. The guided tour is free of charge.

The Hotel and Restaurant Museum follows the principles of safer spaces. The museum’s facilities are mostly accessible; however, visitors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the accessibility of the premises in advance.
